Sales are underway at Bluestem, a Waller County master-planned community from The Signorelli Company. Prospective buyers are welcome to visit model homes from CastleRock Communities and First America Homes.
Located in Brookshire, approximately 30 minutes northwest of Katy, the 356-acre community is expected to include 1,300 single-family homes upon completion. Phase 1 of construction includes homes on 40-, 45- and 50-foot lots.
Three homebuilders will offer floor plans in this phase.
CastleRock will offer homes ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,500 square feet with two to four bedrooms and design features like nine-foot ceilings, kitchen islands, game rooms and covered patios. Prices start at $239,000.
First America Homes, the homebuilding arm of The Signorelli Company, will offer homes ranging from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet with two to five bedrooms, tray ceilings, game rooms and walk-in closets. Prices start at $219,000.
Legend Homes will offer homes ranging from 1,900 to 2,700 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Homes will feature open floor plans, game rooms, covered patios and flex spaces, with prices starting in the upper $200,000s.
“Waller County is a desired destination because of its blend of privacy and accessibility, which prompted us to create Bluestem,” Jeff Dewese, senior vice president of land division for The Signorelli Company, said in a press release. “Not only does this community offer a serene environment to escape the frenzy of everyday life, but it also has great amenities and access to excellent schools.” Bluestem is zoned to Royal Independent School District.
“We’re excited to be a part of Waller County and look forward to welcoming families to Bluestem, where the wonders of nature are just outside your door,” Dewese said.
