The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) recently partnered with RentSpree, a rental software provider for agents, landlords and renters.

The software’s features, including instant ApplyLink and tenant screening, will now be fully integrated into HAR’s MLS platform and available to members at no cost.

“In today’s competitive market, streamlining the leasing process is important for both landlords and tenants,” Mario Arriaga, chair of the HAR MLS, said in a press release. “This partnership equips our subscribers with the technology they need to find qualified renters quickly and efficiently, while offering tenants a seamless and secure application experience

“We are excited to be able to offer RentSpree’s award-winning tenant screening and other rental services tools to our MLS subscribers,” added HAR CEO and President Bob Hale. “Houston’s strong economy and population growth is reflected in the region’s thriving rental market. We’re equipping our members with innovative tech tools to capitalize on this opportunity.”

HAR joins a number of local listing services around the company in partnering with RentSpree, including BeachesMLS, Bright MLS and the California Association of REALTORS®.
