Houston multifamily developer Vero Sade announced plans for a 310-unit project within an Opportunity Zone in Rosenberg. The project will break ground later this summer, with first deliveries expected in the beginning of 2026.

“The growth trajectory in Fort Bend County and along the I-69 corridor has generated significant interest in this part of southwest Houston, making this site ideal for our first project within an Opportunity Zone,” Ray Gabriele, chief investment officer for Vero Sade, said in a press release. “The City of Rosenberg and Fort Bend County have been working proactively to accommodate the increasing growth and new infrastructure, mobility and beautification projects.”

Located across the street from the Fort Bend EpiCenter, the five-building community will include a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, 1,000-square-foot fitness center, resort-style pool and multiple outdoor recreation areas. W Partnership is serving as the project architect.
