In a strategic partnership, Newmark Homes and Envision Title have formed NewVision Title, a title company that will primarily serve Newmark Homes customers in the Houston area.

The new entity will be located at Newmark’s corporate office at the intersection of Interstate 10 and State Highway 99 and will serve as Envision’s sixth location in the Houston area and its first Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA) partnership.

“We are committed to providing the best title experience for Newmark customers, and this exciting venture marks a significant step forward in enhancing the title experience,” Jeff Dye, president of Newmark Homes, said in a press release. “By partnering with Envision Title, we are combining our decades of industry experience to offer superior service and convenience.”
