Jubilee opens sales at second phase, Elation

by John Yellig

Johnson Development’s wellness-focused community, Jubilee, has released almost 300 homesites for sale in its second phase, Elation.

The phase comprises 98 40-foot lots with homes by Coventry Homes and Highland Homes, as well as 93 45-foot homesites with homes by David Weekley Homes and Newmark Homes. Chesmar Homes and Tri Pointe Homes will build on 54 50-foot lots, and Perry Homes and Westin Homes will have 43 60-foot lots. Lot delivery should be complete this fall.

The builders will offer the same floor plans they offer in Jubilee’s first phase, Radiance. Pricing is from the $320,000s.

“We’re excited to move into this next phase and offer more opportunities for home buyers to find homes in a community that puts their physical and mental well-being at the forefront,” said June Tang, Jubilee vice president and general manager.

Along with the homesites, several community “wellness zones” will be opening this year, including Breathing Ridge, a reflection area designed for residents, Wild Wander, which will include a waterway, and Cheerful Plaza, which will have a grill, fire pit and picnic tables. Sunshine Park, which offers an interactive playscape, is already open. There will ultimately be more than 30 wellness zones when Jubilee is complete.

“These zones are strategic spaces with clear intentions based on the four pillars of well-being,” Tang said. “We want whatever a resident might need at the time — be it quiet space outdoors or the company of others — to be there for them.”

Home sales in Jubilee began this spring. Waller Independent School District has purchased land for the first of several onsite schools.
