Sales are underway in Lakeside Park Village, the second of five planned villages at the Fulshear Lakes master-planned community.

Six builders are offering homes in the new village: Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Westin Homes, Chesmar Homes and Empire Communities. Pricing ranges from the upper $400,000s to the $800,000s.

“Lakeside Park Village includes the largest homesites we’ve developed in Fulshear Lakes thus far,” Sam Yager III, vice president of Fulshear Lakes, said in a press release.

Chesmar and Westin Homes will build on 60-foot lots, while Sitterle Homes will build on both 60- and 70-foot lots. Perry Homes and Empire Communities will build on 80-foot lots.

Plans for the village also include two lakes, as well as a park with a dock, sitting areas, a playground and trail access.

Lakeside Park Village joins Creekside Village, Fulshear Lakes’ first village. Upon completion of all five villages, the community will be home to over 1,400 new single-family residences.
