The Perry Homes 2545W model home in the resort-style community of Balmoral is open daily for tours.

Perry Homes has opened a new model home and is now selling in the master-planned community of Balmoral, located just off Beltway 8 in Humble, according to a press release.  

The new model spans 2,545 square feet and features a 13-foot entryway that leads into the open kitchen, dining and family rooms. It includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office and an extended covered backyard patio. 

Potential homebuyers can choose from Perry Homes’ 28 one- and two-story floor plans in a gated section of the community, ranging from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet. The homes are priced from the $360,000s. 

Perry Homes recently opened a new model home in the Humble-area community of Balmoral.

Balmoral, developed by Land Tejas, is home to Texas’ first two-acre Crystal Lagoons amenity as part of its eight-acre Amenity Village. The village was named Best Community Amenity during the 2020 Texas Association of Builder’s Texas Star Awards. 

Crystal Creek Lagoon and the Amenity Village are partly responsible for why Balmoral is ranked second in Houston and 12th in the nation for top-selling master-planned communities.
