The Signorelli Company revealed its plans for amenity areas at Cielo, its 256-acre master-planned community that will bring more than 800 homes Conroe.
Recreational amenities will include an activity lawn, playground, dog park, pickleball courts, covered pavilion and 10 miles of walking paths. Cielo’s 45-acre amenity package reflects resident desires for sustainable spaces offering year-round use, the developer said in an announcement.
“Residents want healthy, active, walkable amenities that are perfect for gathering and socializing. The amenities planned for Cielo reflect just that,” said Jeff Dewese, senior vice president of land division for The Signorelli Company. “Our focus goes well beyond the traditional pool and clubhouse as we strive to create contemporary, relaxing spaces that appeal to a broader range of residents.”
Home sales have started from the mid $200,000s, and units come in a range of floor plans from national homebuilders Brightland Homes, CastleRock Communities and Rausch Coleman Homes. Students are zoned to the Conroe Independent School District, with the district’s newest elementary school, Bartlett Elementary, located within Cielo.
“By listening to our residents, we’re creating communities where they feel connected and valued,” said Dewese. “Seeing residents using and enjoying the amenities we’ve designed is intrinsically rewarding because it means we got it right.”
