Working with buyers and sellers, including international clients relocating to the area, Hinton is consistently among the top 1 percent for production company-wide and has maintained her five-star rating in Texas Monthly.

“My clients become friends,” she says, noting that the majority of her business comes from referrals and repeat customers who appreciate her responsiveness and honesty.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Hinton was a project manager for a telecommunications company. “Real estate was something I always wanted to do,” she says, noting that moving from Hawaii to Houston gave her the opportunity to start over in a new industry. “I went for it and never looked back. I only wish I had started sooner!”

Combining her industry insights with high-quality photos, 3-D tours, property-specific websites, luxury property videos and targeted social media campaigns, Hinton presents every property in the best light. She’s even turned another agent’s expired listing into the subject of a bidding war without changing the asking price.
