Nicole Freer created a business out of a passion for helping people. After years of buying and flipping residential properties with her husband Douglas, Freer earned her real estate license in order to exclusively list their completed homes, and ultimately founded Nicole Freer Group at RE/MAX Fine Properties in Katy with her husband to better serve her clients. Since opening, they have hired a team of top-producing agents to assist investors, sellers, and both first-time and luxury buyers.

Proving her innate talent for real estate, Freer doubled her business within one year, going from $30 million in 2016 to $60 million in 2017, and often settling contracts on previously expired listings without having to adjust the price. “Customers are impressed with how we are able to showcase their homes and how quickly we can sell them at top dollar,” says Freer, adding that they use social media, open houses and direct mailers to advertise new properties.

As a highly-acclaimed RE/MAX agent, Freer has received multiple company awards including the 2015 Platinum Award, the 2016 Rising Star Award, the 2016 Hall of Fame Award, the 2016 Titan Club Award and the 2017 Diamond Club Award. Last year, Nicole Freer Group ranked among the Top 20 RE/MAX teams in Texas, placing at No. 13 in Texas and No. 8 in Houston. She is a member of the Katy Chamber of Commerce, the Fulshear Chamber of Commerce and the Houston Association of Realtors.

Freer is a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and Bennett’s Bears, two organizations devoted to improving the pediatric medical field and to helping young patients get the care and attention they need.
