Team leader Greta Jordan-Williams got her real estate license in 1999, and in those 23 years, she’s sold over $223 million in real estate and learned to have a plan A, B and C for every transaction. “Because of the rise, fall and rise again of the market,” she says, “I’ve learned to be proficient however the market turns, because it is going to turn.”
Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Jordan-Williams enjoyed a thriving career in the performing arts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Baylor University and her master’s degree in vocal performance from The Juilliard School. “You have to be very disciplined in the arts,” she remarks, “and that has carried over into my real estate career.”
Jordan-Williams originally moved back to her home state of Texas to care for her parents, and ultimately decided to sell her family home and purchase a home in Houston to be closer to her mother. “I was scheduled to close on both homes the same day, but my Realtor wasn’t being attentive to the sale,” she shares. “I jumped in and instinctively did what I thought should be done, and it worked!” After the closing, Jordan-Williams was contacted by the lender, who thanked her for her hard work and urged her to get her license. “So, I did,” she remembers, “and the rest is history.”
Jordan-Williams has been honored with numerous awards, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and the company’s Platinum Club designation, and saw her team ranked among the top 100 Houston minority-owned businesses by the Houston Business Journal in 2020. Jordan-Williams is a designated Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.
“I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the table,” Jordan-Williams says. “I care about my clients and their needs. I do everything I can to make sure their homebuying experience is smooth and enjoyable.”
