HL Group by JLA Realty

Working tirelessly to meet her clients’ individual needs, Dena Hobbs-Lix delivers on every promise she makes. “I strive to develop lasting relationships that extend beyond a single transaction,” says Hobbs-Lix, a Realtor at JLA Realty and founder of the HL Group. “I make myself available around their schedules and am proactive in educating them on the homebuying and selling process.”

Specializing in luxury and residential buying and selling, as well as leasing, investments and land, Hobbs-Lix, along with a well-curated team of agents at the HL Group, serves clients throughout Houston’s major markets. A former sales and marketing executive in corporate America and the co-founder of an offshore construction and energy consultant company, Hobbs-Lix transitioned to a career in real estate nearly four years ago, earning the title of rookie of the year in 2019 from as voted by 1200 agents. She has been named a Five Star Professional every year since 2020, and in 2021 ranked No. 1 in her office for residential sales. Hobbs-Lix has previously been celebrated as a Woman of Empowerment by the Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized (P.O.W.E.R).
