Maximizing the power of technology by marketing through social media is proving successful for Rachel Luna, agency executive at Patriot Title Company. “Being able to adapt to changes and new ideas is the secret to succeed in business,” Luna explains. “We use social media platforms to advertise our services and are reaching more people than we ever imagined.” Describing real estate as “old school” with the need for pen and paper, she defines their current way of business as modern and convenient.
Known as the Texas Title Queen, Luna has over 20 years of experience specializing in title and escrow services throughout Houston, Dallas, El Paso and San Antonio. “For me, working does not simply mean serving clients, but also connecting with them,” the Houston native insists. “The years I’ve spent with different professionals and clients play the biggest factor in helping me navigate and know my markets.” Her team consists of the same core group — whom she refers to as her backbone — as when she started her journey. “I believe in a business style where my team members can showcase their talent and skills while enjoying their position at the same time,” she shares. “Loving your work makes it less of a job, and I want my team to feel that every single day.”
Described as energetic and vibrant, Luna credits her success to her past professional struggles. “I don’t think I would be this passionate, strong and driven if it wasn’t for some tough times,” she admits. “I’ve cemented my spot in the real estate industry by turning those negative experiences into learnings and those learnings into ideas.”
Featured in Medium, Disrupt, Ellements, and Rolling Stone magazines earlier this year, Luna was recently given the Phenomenal Woman Award by the American Caribbean Chamber of Commerce, which celebrates and recognizes women from around the world.
