Born and raised in League City and a graduate of the University of Houston, Cameron Doubenmier is a proud Houstonian with deep local roots in the city and the real estate industry. Armed with a business degree, he followed his mother’s footsteps into a career as an agent in 2017.

Doubenmier was drawn to real estate sales by the same competitive nature that fueled his college career as a UH linebacker, but the memories of how much enjoyment his mom got from helping others find a home where they would build family memories sealed the deal. “Family is such a huge part of my life, and knowing that I have the opportunity to help others find a space where they can have great and meaningful experiences helps drive me,” Doubenmier explains. So far, his drive has led to recognition such as being named to Houston Real Producer’s Top 40 Under 40 list and Corcoran Prestige Realty’s Top Dog team, both in 2023.

Clients often comment on Doubenmier’s professionalism and his “go-getter” attitude, but they especially appreciate his attention to service and clear communication. “In sports, being able to communicate signals, plays and adjustments are vital to success as a player and for the team, and it’s really no different in the workplace,” Doubenmier says. “It is a team effort with buyer, seller, lender and title to make things happen, and having the skill to do that consistently and effectively has allowed me to push my clients from Point A to Point B with ease.”

With leadership skills honed on the football field, Doubenmier has taken on coaching more than 30 Corcoran Elite agents in role-play training. When he’s not selling real estate and mentoring others, he still attends UH football games and enjoys the outdoors and international travel.
