With a master’s degree in human behavior and social science, Kim Dixon Dudley was a pharmaceutical sales professional before beginning her career in real estate. Considering both fields to be based heavily upon relationships, she’s found that real estate has driven an internal purpose in her over the last 17 years. “My expertise in multiple areas of the industry and years of weathering the markets help add a sense of reassurance for my clients on many fronts as they navigate their investments.”

As broker and CEO of Kimberly Lane Properties and KLPTX Group LLC, Dixon-Dudley is a native Houstonian specializing in residential sales and development inside and just outside the 610 loop. After transitioning into investments and developments in 2018, she contracted with the state of Texas and city of Houston to build and develop 11 new residential homes, which started her full pivot into residential development. Her firm will help to create and market over 50 accessible, luxury and multifamily duplex new-construction projects within the next two years.

Both of her companies are recognized partners with the state of Texas and the city of Houston. Dixon-Dudley serves as director and commissioner on two city boards. She credits her success to understanding the power of collaboration, and is adamant that each project adheres to a common results-oriented theme, where all parties are rowing in the same direction. “I find that when everyone understands their roles and how to help one another achieve or exceed our intended objectives, life and work are much more enjoyable,” she says.

As a former Division I collegiate athlete, Dixon-Dudley supports her alma mater, Texas Southern University, where on any given weekend, she can be found courtside cheering for her team.
