One of Raak’s proudest moments this year was quickly selling yet another Heights Historic District home above asking price, in a community with five similar homes for sale. Another was finding a new, but still off-market, custom spec home for a buyer client, and then working as the intermediary for the builder.

Raak carefully studies the current market, researching the listing and closing prices of each sale. This allows him to give clients an up-to-date analysis when they are trying to acquire or sell a property.
