In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Your choice of Broker can make or break you. The knowledge you have to pass the licensing test has nothing, nada, zilch to do with the business and you will only get the true knowledge needed from a great broker with tons of training and tools at your disposal. Yes, you have to pay for it one way or another but nothing of value comes for free. I am always so surprised when people expect a broker to provide the moon and the stars for nothing except the pleasure of having them near. Also, get out and volunteer for your professional association and community. It is good for you and good for them. Other people notice when you give and it always comes back ten-fold.
What’s your favorite Real Estate iPhone/ Blackberry app?
Why HAR.com of course.
Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter?
All the leaders in our industry: Brad Inman, NAR, Notorious Rob Hahn, Ken Brand, to name a few.
