McCoy brings 17 years of active listing and selling experience to the position and has been in management since 1985. She holds nine professional designations that attest to her expertise in areas that are important to today’s Realtors and consumers, including buyer representation, relocation, training, negotiations, the luxury home market, and working with senior citizens.

“Part of our vision for the company is to provide the best educated, most informed agents to better serve the consumer,” said Eiland. “We know of no one better suited to support our managers and agents in the important area of professional development than Dianne. She is an outstanding leader in the real estate field, and we are so proud to have her join our team.”

McCoy will be the point person for change affecting agents in such areas as law, contracts and Texas Real Estate Commission requirements. She will lead the career development of the company’s managers and agents and will oversee new agent training.

“I will be coordinating and presenting seminars and workshops to help agents and managers stay a cut above in knowledge and skills and to support them in professional and consumer issues,” said McCoy.

She is a graduate of Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and had a ten-year career in advertising and public relations before entering the real estate industry.

“This is such a fabulous company, and I am honored to be here,” said McCoy. “I was with Prudential Texas Properties (Memorial office) as a branch manager back in the 1990s, and the office I was with became a part of Prudential Gary Greene years later. So, it’s like coming home!”
