Ces Guerra has joined Houston’s MK Luxury Homes & Condos. He will specialize in sales and leases of properties in the neighborhoods of Tanglewood, Memorial, inside the Loop and surrounding suburbs.

“Houston is a hot real estate market right now, thanks to corporate relocations and new jobs being added to our economy,” Guerra said. “That makes it a very competitive market and there are several considerations for both sellers and buyers to assure their expectations are met. I am excited to help clients navigate this very intense market.”

Guerra believes in developing customized action plans for his buying clients that help them define what are the absolute “must-haves” in the home they are seeking and what features they would “like to” have.

“With this type of market activity and a tight inventory, buyers and sellers need to establish a plan of action with a Realtor,” he advises. “Taking swift action does not replace the need for a strategic plan, whether you’re selling or buying a new residential property.”

Guerra is a licensed Realtor with the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 2007, he co-authored a fictional book titled, Pill Pushers: A Big Pharma Battle for Marketshare. When he isn’t working, Guerra’s hobbies include teaching spin classes, golf, running, tennis, hiking and reading spy and mystery novels.
