Two of the highest-transacting Latino real estate agents in the country both operate in Houston, according to the annual Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents report from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

Furthermore, both Olga Garza, No. 1, and Thalina Garcia, No. 2, are agents with Nan and Company Properties.

NAHREP’s annual report also recognized the Nicole Freer Group with Corcoran in Katy, which ranked as the top team by transaction volume. The team executed a total of 1,174 transactions in 2024.

“These agents are not just navigating a difficult landscape; they are leading it,” Oralia Herrera, NAHREP national president, said in a press release. “Their ability to grow while others fall behind shows how Latino professionals are reshaping the business of real estate in this country.”
