Master-planned community Bridgeland will develop the third and final phase of the gated custom neighborhood of Sheldon Lake, according to The Howard Hughes Corporation.
Phase III of the project will feature 27 homesites that are 90-feet wide with gracious lot depths to provide for backyard living. Eleven of these homesites will offer backyard views of Sheldon Lake.
Pre-sales for the project are expected to begin this fall, with another 12, 110-foot homesites coming available next spring.
“The first two phases of Sheldon Lake were very successful in drawing interested homebuyers looking for flexibility when designing their custom homes with best-in-class builders,” said The Howard Hughes Corporation Executive VP of MPC Heath Melton in a press release. “We look forward to the completion of Sheldon Lake to offer more options for those ready to move up to a higher-end home.”
Partners in Building and Fedrick Harris Estate Homes, who built in both phase one and phase two, will continue their offering in this final phase, the company said.
Sheldon Lake, the first custom home section within Parkland Village, offers the largest homesites currently available in Bridgeland. Priced in the $800,000s to $1.4 million-plus range, buyers at Sheldon Lake also have the option to build their own dream homes.
Amenities in the final phase include the addition of Sheldon Lake Park, which will feature a walking path with seating benches and a custom-designed pavilion with lounge-style seating and custom lighting.
Parkland Common, the village’s linear park, is within walking distance, as well as an assortment of themed children’s play parks. Churches, dining, shopping and Bridgeland’s educational campus surround the community.
