by Lindsey Wells

Four builders have opened model homes priced above or near $1 million in Sienna, comprising the Missouri City community’s new Luxury Collection.

The homes join an additional four models in Sienna’s new model-home village, which is now open to the public, according to a press release.

“These homes epitomize luxury at every turn,” said Alvin San Miguel, Sienna’s general manager. “And many of the available oversized homesites border Sawmill Lake and Sienna Oaks Lake, adding to the lavishness of these homes. Luxury buyers will now find ample selection in Sienna.”

The J. Patrick Homes model at 1906 Royal Oak Dr. is a $1.3 million design featuring $300,000 in upgrades, including custom built-ins, intricate ceiling detail, a sitting area in the primary suite, a game room with a drink ledge, and an optional balcony. In addition, the model’s backyard features a cornhole game and regulation bocce ball court.

The model home at 1902 Royal Oak Dr. was built by Jamestown Estate Homes, whose base pricing begins in the upper $800,000s, according to the release. In addition to five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, the home boasts a butler’s pantry, large upstairs game room and custom features, including groin-vault ceiling detail, exotic kitchen granite and a large closet in the primary suite.

Priced at $1.4 million, Toll Brothers’ newest model home at 1910 Royal Oaks Dr. offers 5,262 square feet of living space. The model showcases 21-foot ceilings in the great room and a flex space outfitted as an exercise room. A large storage area has been converted into a nook for wine and spirits, with glass walls overlooking the great room. Additional storage is located upstairs.

At 1914 Royal Oak Dr., Tri Pointe’s new 5,177-square-foot model home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The model features an optional prep kitchen, a curved stairway separating the family and dining rooms and a stand-alone tub in the primary bath. Upstairs, a storage room hidden behind a bookcase has been fashioned as a sewing room. The model home is priced at $1 million.
