Houston-based Kickerillo Custom Homes, in partnership with local businessman Bill Bean, recently announced plans to launch a 394-acre gated community 44 miles northwest of downtown Houston.

Located in Hockley, minutes away from the Clubs at Houston Oaks, Stallion Lakes will feature one- and two-story houses constructed on oversized lots ranging from 1.5 to more than 3.5 acres.

All homes in the community will be built by one of five custom home builders, including Kickerillo Companies, Jeff Paul Homes, Matter Powers Custom Homes, Morning Star Builders and William David Homes.

Upon completion, Stallion Lakes will boast private concrete streets, natural gas and fiber optic cable. In addition, five lakes and jogging and bike trails will weave throughout the 115-home community.
