The Cleveland-based multifamily housing development and management company The NRP Group has named Christopher O’Neill the executive vice president of development in Texas.

“We are thrilled to have Chris bring his expertise to our team and continue to follow the NRP mission to create outstanding rental communities for individuals and families, regardless of income,” said Kenneth Outcalt, president of development at The NRP Group. “He has an established track record of developing exceptional multifamily communities, and we are confident he will accelerate the growth of our pipeline and lead our development team to new markets.”

O’Neill will now oversee The NRP Group’s expansion efforts in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, as well as new western markets like Arizona and Colorado. He has over 20 years of experience in construction and multifamily development, and holds a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University as well as an MBA from the University of Houston.
