The 10 most-expensive homes sold in greater Houston in February

Half of the top 10 most-expensive homes sold in the greater Houston area in February were listed by Compass RE Texas agents, according to the latest report from the Houston Association of Realtors®.

The most-expensive sale of the month, however, was listed by Walter Bering of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. The 1989 home boasts a whopping 10,296 square feet of space on more than 22,500 square feet of land.
