These Houston-area cities have the most expensive homes

Using data from the Zillow Home Values Index, news media outlet Stacker analyzed 129 cities in the Houston Metro Area and determined which cities have the most expensive typical homes.

The Houston-area city at the top of Stacker’s list is Bellaire, which has a typical home value of $1,043,572. That price is up 6.9% year over year and up 14.5% from five years ago.
