Nan and Company to exclusively manage sales and marketing at Seahorse Estates on Follet’s Island

Construction is underway at Seahorse Estates, a luxury beachfront development located on Follet’s Island on the Gulf Shore. Nan and Company Properties has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agency for the development.

“We are thrilled to exclusively market one of the most remarkable beachfront and bayfront properties available on Texas’ Gulf Coast,” Nan and Company President and CEO Nancy Almodovar said. “Follet’s Island has been a favored destination for generations. With Seahorse Estates, between its luxurious floor plans, pristine beaches and amenities, this new development will bring the island into the forefront.”

Located just over an hour south of Houston, Seahorse Estates covers over 2,200 feet of beachfront space across 108 acres. Upon completion, all 50 homesites will have unobstructed views of either the beach or the bay. The community is a collaboration between developer John Howerton and luxury homebuilder Paul Speich of Speich Custom Homes.

“Our vision was to build luxurious and convenient construction, rather than buyers having to purchase lots on their own and manage every step from the ground up,” Howerton said in a press release. “This was imperative to provide a superior product to consumers in the market for a beach house and, overall, a better community with higher-quality homes. Furthermore, buyers can rest assured that their home is built to not only withstand the harsh beach environment but also minimize the ongoing annual maintenance associated with coastal homes due to all that’s included in our advantageous HOA dues.”

Floor plans range in size from 3,018 to 4,501 square feet and are designed to comfortably sleep between 17 and 28 guests. Community amenities include a nine-hole putt-putt course, playground and covered picnic pavilion.
