White Oak Lofts (via Monarch Real Estate & Ranch)

Houston brokerage Monarch Real Estate & Ranch announced the launch of its Developer Services Division with an inaugural project, The White Oak by Jaxon Hill in Houston.

The new division will provide development consultancy, marketing and sales solutions, branding and positioning, global networking, investor relations and project management support to developers in the Houston area.

The division’s first project, the White Oak by Jaxon Hill, is located at 2520 Houston Ave. in The Heights. According to a news release, the luxury residential building promises to “set a new standard for luxury living, showcasing impeccable craftsmanship, refined design and a prime location.”
