Luanne Marshall, Nicole Brende and Kelly Reifel are now affiliated with COMPASS and will operate under the newly-formed HTX Collective Realty Group team. The agents were formerly affiliated with Nan and Company Properties.

In the past year, the three founding team members exceeded a combined sales volume of $14 million as individual agents. As HTX Collective, they hope to use COMPASS technology to streamline business and expand their team.

“We could not be more excited to launch HTX Collective Realty Group with the unparalleled in-person support and streamlined technology provided by Compass,” Brende, who comes from a real estate family and has been a top producer for over a decade, said in a press release.

“Compass is unique in that agents come first and every part of the agent experience, from the company culture to the innovative tools, is designed to ensure our success,” said Marshall, a former teacher and business owner who became a real estate agent 18 years ago.

Reifel, the third founding member of HTX Collective Realty Group, transitioned to real estate in 2019 following a long career in banking with J.P. Morgan Chase. “Our team is thrilled to join Compass and be part of a collaborative and agent-first community that values innovation and expert support, enabling us to elevate and streamline our business,” she said.
