1 Riva Row, a 13-story apartment building from Howard Hughes Communities, is now open in The Woodlands. The tower is the first residential high-rise in the development.

Located along The Woodlands Waterway, the 268-unit project features 49 floor plans, including studios, three-bedroom apartments, two-story townhomes and penthouses.

Residents have access to a four-story amenity center, which contains a pool, sky lounge, co-working spaces, fitness center, sports lounge, pet park and spa and bike and kayak storage.

The tower was created with sustainable enhancements, including air-quality systems, high-efficiency energy and water systems and native landscaping in pursuit of the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification.

“We have built our reputation on raising the bar with developments that meet the needs of the most discerning residents, and 1 Riva Row is a reflection of that commitment,” Jim Carman, president of the Texas region for Howard Hughes, said in a press release. “It’s designed to deliver the ease of rental living with the architectural sophistication, curated interiors and hospitality-caliber amenities typically associated with a custom home.”

Morgan Group will manage the property.
