Nan and Company Properties announced the launch of its in-house auction division with an inaugural listing located at 405 W. Spreading Oaks Ave. in Friendswood.

“We are really excited to kick off our new auction division with this premier property,” President and CEO Nancy Almodovar said in a press release. “My team and I decided there was no better time than now to launch this in-house service with one of our current listings.”

Bidding for the 10-acre property begins on July 15 and ends on August 15.
