Schroeder & Co. Real Estate has transferred from COMPASS to eXp Realty. Its operations span Houston, Austin and San Antonio.  

The brokerage is led by Rylie Schroeder and has grown from three to 14 agents over the last two years. This year, the firm is on track to close more than $65 million in sales. 

Schroeder, who has been recognized as one of the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30, joined COMPASS in 2021.
