Home prices are on the rise in Houston: The average listing price increased 4.3% to $435,280 in November, up from $417,155 in November 2023, according to the First Real Estate Snapshot of Houston (FRESH) Report from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

New and active listings also rose last month. Realtors added 11,519 properties to the MLS, a 15.5% increase year over year. Active inventory rose to 30,927 properties — a 23.9% annual increase.
