New listings rose 21.7% year over year during the week ended Feb. 17, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Realtors added 3,425 properties to the MLS, up from 2,815 during the same week in 2024.

Both pending and closed listings fell during the week, however: Pending listings dropped 8%, with 1,900 listings going under contract, while closings fell 9.1%, with 1,194 home sales.
