Realtors added 3,280 properties to the MLS during the week, up from 3,017 during the same week in 2024.

Meanwhile, pending listings inched ahead of 2024 volumes: 2,191 properties went under contract, a 0.3% year-over-year increase.

Closings, however, declined 1.3% year over year, with 1,514 homes sold.

Consumer interest on HAR.com remained high: Listings were viewed over 12 million times during the week, up 43.7% compared to a year prior.
