Designed by architect Eric Owen Moss in 1977, the multifamily home is located just minutes from the Pacific Ocean in Playa Del Rey, California. It contains two one-bedroom, two-bathroom units and a one-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse featuring a rooftop deck with ocean views.

Moss’s plans included primary colored-exteriors, but as it stands today, the home has been given a modern facelift.
