The average listing price increased 3.9% year over year to $444,899 in Houston last month, according to the March edition of the First Real Estate Snapshot of Houston (FRESH) Report from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

A year prior, the average listing price was $428,048.

Meanwhile, both new and active listings saw double-digit annual bumps. Realtors added 16,691 new listings to the MLS, a 26.1% increase year over year, while active listings rose 33.6%, with 32,888 total properties for sale during the month.
