Closings increased 9.4% during the week ended April 7, with 1,821 sales, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

During the same week in 2024, 1,665 homes were sold.

Pending sales decreased 2.5%, however, with 2,433 homes going under contract during the week.

New listings remained well above 2024 volumes. Realtors added 4,630 properties to the MLS, a 30.6% increase year over year.
