Landsea Homes taps three leaders for Texas team

by Emily Marek

Landsea Homes named Brandon Dickinson its vice president of operations for Texas and named Shawn Jeffcoat the region’s vice president of construction.

Dickinson was formerly director of national purchasing for Homebound, a residential and commercial construction company, while Jeffcoat was senior director of operations for Brookfield Homes’ Austin division.

“Brandon and Shawn add decades of experience in residential homebuilding to our team,” Mike Forsum, president and COO of Landsea Homes, said in a press release. “They have a proven track record of implementing strategies that increase productivity and enhance performance while managing complex projects.”

The builder also added Stewart Parker as president of its Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth divisions.

Parker joined Landsea in February, having previously served as national vice president of homebuilding operations, also with Homebound.

“Texas is a key market for Landsea Homes,” said Forsum. “In the short time that Stewart has been with Landsea Homes, it’s very clear that his strategic foresight and deep, local homebuilding experience will help us grow this important portion of our portfolio for the company.”
