Home sales are underway at La Segarra, Bold Fox Development’s new-home community in Brookshire.

Cyrene Homes, Smith Douglas Homes and Tricoast Homes are currently building 117 homes for the community’s first phase of development. Prices start at $230,000.

“With homes priced well below $300,000, La Segarra is where people who have only dreamed of owning a home can achieve their goal,” Alex Kamkar, managing shareholder of Bold Fox Development, said in a press release.

Upon full buildout, La Segarra will feature 658 new homes, four community lakes, trails, parks and a 1.8-acre recreation area.
