Toll Brothers will build Regency at Sienna, a 55-plus, active-adult neighborhood within the Sienna master-plan in Missouri City. Construction is expected to begin late this year.

The builder will offer 12 floor plans for 50-, 60- and 70-foot lots. Designs range from 1,599 to over 3,200 square feet.

“We are excited to bring our Regency home designs to the Houston area, offering home shoppers age 55 and over an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy an active lifestyle in this beautiful, amenity-rich community,” Brian Murray, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

Neighborhood amenities will include a pool, fitness center and pickleball courts. Residents will also have access to Sienna’s community amenities, including water parks, sports complexes, lakes, trails and parks.

Sales will start next spring.
