Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene promoted James Turner to its director of growth.

Turner’s career began in his hometown of London, where he developed real estate businesses and trained agents for over a decade. He relocated to Houston in 2022 and joined BHGRE in 2024.

Turner previously served as the brokerage’s growth manager and was promoted following successful recruitment efforts this year and last.

“James has been instrumental in redefining how we approach top producing agents,” Linsey Ehle, vice president of growth and development, said in a press release. “His promotion to director of growth recognizes both his leadership and his ability to help shape the future of our company.”
