Terri Guerra has served as chairman of the Nancy Owens Breast Cancer Foundation since 2018 and has been an integral part of the organization since its inception, chairing multiple subcommittees over the years. Under her leadership, the foundation has earned accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, been recognized as one of Houston’s largest Realtor-driven charities and raised millions of dollars in the fight against breast cancer.

Beyond her nonprofit work, Guerra is a respected broker associate with Bernstein Realty, bringing more than 37 years of experience in real estate. She holds numerous professional designations, including Certified Seller Representative, Accredited Home Staging Specialist, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, At Home with Diversity Professional and Certified Relocation Professional.

Terri’s commitment to professionalism and ethics is evident through her long-standing service with the Texas Association of REALTORS®, where she has been a member of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee since 2001, a mediator since 2013 and an ombudsman since 2021.
