Sales are underway at the St. Regis Residences, a 38-story residential tower in Houston developed by Satya with architecture by Pickard Chilton. Douglas Elliman is serving as the exclusive development marketing partner and sales team for the project.
Located next to the Houston Arboretum and Hogg Bird Sanctuary, the 90-unit building spans 3.8 acres with over 40,000 square feet of amenities including a wellness center, athletic center, gaming lounge, theater, co-working spaces and bike trail access. The 20th floor also features a sky lounge, cognac bar, private dining room and rooftop terrace.
Condos at The Residences have two to four-plus bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and natural stone and Italian millwork finishes.
“From the idyllic location to the exquisite design to the abundance of amenities, the St. Regis Residences exemplifies the best of high-rise living in Houston,” Catherine Lee, Texas president of new development for Douglas Elliman, said in a press release.
Prices range from $3 million to over $16 million. First move-ins are expected in September 2028. A sales gallery with model spaces is located at 5441 Memorial Drive.
