With a business style that’s professional while also friendly and supportive, Nicholas Ferraiuolo prioritizes his clients by being available for whatever they need. Before getting into real estate, he was employed at his family’s restaurant, Frenchie’s Italian Cuisine. “I always worked in the service industry, which made real estate a natural fit for me,” Ferraiuolo shares. “I loved it as soon as I started and now I love it even more.”

A Realtor with Corcoran Prestige Realty, Ferraiuolo is part of a team representing clients who are buying and selling single-family homes, condos, new construction, multifamily properties and townhomes. He covers the inner loop of Houston as well as League City, Clear Lake, Katy, Cypress, Friendswood, The Woodlands and Spring. Only in the industry for two years, he reached over $8 million in sales production last year. “I learn something new in every transaction,” he points out. “It helps me continue to grow and improve.”

Recognized as being patient and easygoing while remaining focused with a “do it now” attitude, Ferraiuolo credits his success to his ability to never procrastinate. “I actually help my clients and care for them instead of just pushing for a sale,” he insists. “I make sure they know they are always taken care of when they work with me.”

Ferraiuolo explains how last year was a time of tremendous growth for him as a person. “I learned so much about different cultures, diverse people and a wide variety of topics from my clients,” he says. “All of that will stick with me forever.” When not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active and working out at the gym.
