A grand estate listed for $24.75 million was the most expensive home sold in greater Houston last month, more than tripling the listing price of any other home sold.

When the property, located at 3630 Willowick Road, was first listed for $29 million back in 2023, it was the most expensive in Houston history. Now, though the sales price is undisclosed, the home represents the second-most expensive Houston home sale on record, a spokesperson for the Houston Association of REALTORS® told Houston Agent. It’s also the most expensive sale of 2024.
