A resident of The Woodlands for over 40 years, Tory Hearn founded The Hearn Team with his mother, Jenny Hearn, in 2008.
The longtime executive said he was leaving now that the company has completed its integration with Rocket Companies, which acquired it last year.
The two-person team, consisting of agents Lisa Iglesias and Shannon Poindexter, was previously affiliated with Keller Williams and has a combined sales volume of over $294 million.
A licensed Realtor since 2010, Hausman serves as the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Montgomery County.
In this role, Reyes will oversee the brokerage’s technology team, manage technology infrastructure and product launches and drive national software development.
The advocacy group also named Richard Woods as its 2026 first vice president and 2027 president.
Planto first joined Rate as an originator in 2019. Most recently, he served as a senior loan officer with CrossCountry Mortgage.
Led by co-founders Ryan and Royale Jockers, the eight-person team previously operated out of Gary Greene’s Champions office.
Royal’s 30 years of industry experience include her stint as vice president of agent development for Coldwell Banker’s Chicago City Region.
Correa has over 23 years of experience in the Houston real estate market and was recognized four times as a NAHREP Top 250 agent.
Both Aiken and Corbett previously served as executive vice presidents, with Aiken joining the company in 2004 and Corbett joining in 2017.
Karpas entered the residential real estate world while in college at the University of Texas at Austin and founded Karpas Properties in 1991.

Winniford delivered 22,000 homes during his tenure with Brightland, also leading expansion efforts in Colorado, Florida and Tennessee.

Turner previously served as the brokerage’s growth manager and was promoted following successful recruitment efforts this year and last.
