The buyers of the first- and second-most expensive Houston homes last month are now neighbors on the same street. Both estates were listed by Nancy Almodovar, founder and CEO of Nan and Company Properties.
Almodovar worked with both the buyer and seller on the most expensive sale, listed just shy of $14 million.
