Kimberly Harding is nothing short of a champion, and her competitive drive continues to lead her to new heights. The president and owner of The Kimberly Harding Group of RE/MAX Synergy in League City, Harding is also a broker, specializing in the Greater League City Area, Greater Clear Lake Area and Galveston County markets. As the head of a full-service brokerage, Harding serves residential buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords, and has earned the Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Social Media Pro, Graduate REALTOR Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations in order to better serve her clients.

Prior to becoming a broker, Harding worked in the aerospace industry for 10 years. Beginning in 1990, she climbed through the ranks and ultimately held high-level administrative positions at Lockheed Martin, Johnson Engineering and SpaceHab. However, after a decade with the NASA community, Harding began her own real estate business in order to spend more time with her family. In 2012, her husband joined her team full-time, and in 2014, they were awarded their own RE/MAX Franchise. The branch soon turned into a true family operation, as Harding’s mother-in-law, brother, and one of her twin sons came on board.

This year, Harding received the RE/MAX Circle of Legends Award for earning more than $10 million in commissions and completing 10 years of service with the company, placing her in the top 0.5 percent of all RE/MAX network sales associates. She’s previously ranked among Houston Association of Realtors Top 20 Under 40, RE/MAX of Texas Top 20 Team and the Houston Business Journal’s Top 25 Team. She’s earned a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Diamond Club, was voted Best of the Bay Realtor from 2011–2016, and has received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Harding is a member of League City Regional Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee, Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce, Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Institute of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists and the Real Estate Business Institute for Seller Representative Specialists.

As a broker and a business leader, Harding is known for her responsiveness, honesty and negotiation skills, plus her thorough print and digital marketing techniques. She supports the Children’s Miracle Network and the Texas Sentinels Foundation.

Harding is also a competitive lady angler and participates in tournaments with her fishing team. “This past year I traveled to Costa Rica and caught a 60-inch mahi mahi offshore,” she says. “It was the highlight of my lifelong angler career.”
