Thalina Garcia, Realtor Associate

Nan and Company Properties, Christie’s International Real Estate

As a Houston native, Thalina Garcia prides herself on knowing the city’s ins and outs. As a top-producing Realtor with Nan and Company Properties and Christie’s International Real Estate, Garcia has worked with clients from Houston to the suburbs of Baytown and Fulshear and up to The Woodlands. She serves both buyers and sellers and specializes in new-construction homes, relocations and luxury residential properties. “We focus on working with developers and builders to market and sell their developments,” says Garcia of her role on the award-winning Nan New Home Specialist Team. “I’ve become a better Realtor by learning the construction and marketing process from the construction side.”

Having earned her real estate license while attending Baylor University and participating in a summer internship with a Houston-based property tax consulting company, Garcia spent the last six years building on the skills she learned as a teen. “My parents started investing in real estate when I was in high school,” she explains. “They would take me with them to tour available properties and land, and that is where my curiosity for real estate started.”

Named a top-producing Realtor by Nan and Company Properties in 2019 and 2020 with over $10 million in sales, and given a PRISM Award for Realtor Team of the Year in 2020 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, Garcia knows that the keys to career advancement are adaptability and availability. “Clients do business with the people who demonstrate they care and who go the extra mile to earn their trust,” she says, noting that her attentiveness has resulted in a referral-based business. “I focus on learning who my clients are and what they like to guide them through the process for a successful transaction.”

Outside the office, Garcia is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
